End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Spentify ("Company", "we", "us") for the Spentify mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. Your data remains yours.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including OpenAI for image processing and RevenueCat for subscriptions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

5. Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email.
